We went to the
Renaissance festival Tuesday this is a pic of me, Lily, Danielle, Kyle,
Kelsea, Tessa, Lacey, Ricky and, Ashley. None of the grown ups had to take a picture and you can see how happy I was about having to.
This was a jousting we went to see. I was really impressed. I half expected them to come out on fake horses, plastic looking lances, acting all big and tough. It was great! They rode out carrying their lances and hitting each other. It was a real medieval experience. The only thing that was unimpressive was the sword fight, it was too fake.
This was a play about a servant trying to serve two masters and a girl trying to marry a prince everybody ends up falling in love with someone. This guy is the fool. I actually missed the plays but I hear they were very funny. I can tell you that they have a lot of STORES!
This is the rock climbing which I don't really see what it has to do with the whole medieval thing. But it would be fun. I guess it is a good way to make money!
There was a bunch of people there wearing medieval costumes so it would be just like you were there in that time period. You could not turn down a street with out seeing like twenty people in costumes. It was very educational.
